Privacy Policy

Effective 12 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-12.2

What Haven collects, why we collect it, who can see it, and how you get it back or delete it.

The short version

  • We collect what you tell us and what you log: your profile, your goals, your workouts, your meals, your weight and measurements, your check-ins, and your messages.
  • We use it to build and adjust your plan, to power your Advisor, and to run the communities you join.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not allow our AI providers to train their models on it.
  • Your coach and the community you join see a limited, defined slice of your data. Not all of it.
  • You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

Haven is a training and wellbeing app. To coach you, we hold information about your body and your habits. That is sensitive, and we treat it that way.

1. Who we are

Haven is operated by MIXED PARTNERS DE LLC, 5240 N O'Connor Blvd Apt 166, Irving, TX 75039. In this policy "we", "us" and "Haven" mean that company. "You" means the person using the app.

Where data protection law requires a named controller, MIXED PARTNERS DE LLC is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach our privacy contact at hello@mixed.fitness.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the Haven mobile app, the Haven website, and the coach and administrator tools we provide. It does not cover third-party services you choose to open from inside the app, such as a payment page hosted by Stripe or a store operated by a partner. Those have their own policies.

3. Information you give us

Account and identity

  • Your name, email address and password, or the identifier returned by Apple or Google if you sign in that way.
  • Your phone number, date of birth and gender, if you give them to us at sign-up or in your profile.
  • Your profile photo, display name, bio and any avatar you upload.
  • A join code or invitation link, if you were brought in by a coach, club or community.

Onboarding and goals

  • Your training history, experience level, chosen sports and preferred training days.
  • Your goals, your commitments, and the reasons you give for them.
  • Injuries, physical limitations and anything else you tell us we should train around.
  • Free-text answers you give the coach during onboarding conversations.

Health and body data

  • Height, body weight and body measurements you record.
  • Photos or camera images you choose to upload or capture in the app, including progress photos, body check-in photos, profile photos, and community posts.
  • Daily check-in answers such as sleep, soreness, energy and mood.
  • Nutrition logs, including meals, portions, macros, micronutrients, water and supplements.
  • Workout results: sets, reps, loads, times, distances, heart-rate zones and how the session felt.
  • Heart rate, workout activity, calories, steps, distance, duration, and related fitness metrics if you choose to connect Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Apple Watch, or another wearable or fitness device.

Communication

  • Messages you send to your Advisor, including anything you dictate by voice.
  • Direct messages and community channel messages you send to other people.
  • Posts, comments, reactions and activity updates you publish to a feed.
  • Support requests and feedback you send us.

Payment information

If you subscribe to a paid community, our payment processor collects your card details directly. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a customer reference, the last four digits, the card brand, the country, and the status of your subscription.

4. Information we collect automatically

  • Device and app information: device model, operating system version, app version, language and time zone.
  • Usage information: which screens you open, which features you use, and when you are typically active. We use activity timing to decide when your Advisor should reach out.
  • Log and diagnostic data, including errors and crashes.
  • A push notification token, if you allow notifications, so we can deliver them to your device.
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address, used for security and for showing the right currency. We do not track your precise location in the background.
  • A functional cookie that remembers a community's branding, such as its colours and name, if you use a reskinned community. It does not identify you.

If you use a live activity tracker inside the app, precise location is collected only while that tracker is open and only to record the route and distance of that activity.

If you grant camera or photo library access, we use that access only to let you capture, upload, or attach photos you choose to provide, such as profile photos, progress photos, check-in photos, community posts, or support attachments. We do not access your camera or photo library in the background.

We do not use cookies, software development kits or pixels for advertising, and we do not use third-party analytics or ad-tracking services to profile you across other apps or websites.

5. Health data is treated as sensitive

Body weight, measurements, progress photos, injury notes, check-in answers, nutrition logs, heart-rate data, wearable fitness data, and activity data are sensitive personal data. Where the law requires an explicit legal basis for that category, we rely on your consent, which you give by choosing to record the information or connect a device or health-data source. You can withdraw that consent by deleting the entries, disconnecting the device or health-data source, or deleting your account.

Haven is not a healthcare provider and is not a covered entity under HIPAA. The health information you record here is not protected health information in that sense, and this policy, not HIPAA, is what governs it.

6. How we use your information

  • To create and adjust your training plan, your nutrition targets and your commitments.
  • To generate coaching messages, session notes, weekly recaps and insights.
  • To show you your own history, streaks, scores and progress charts.
  • To run the communities, clubs, challenges and leaderboards you take part in.
  • To process payments and to pay out the community's share of its subscription revenue.
  • To send you notifications you have asked for, and service messages you cannot opt out of, such as billing failures.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and investigate problems.
  • To understand which features are used, in aggregate, so we can improve the product.
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to target you with third-party advertising.

7. AI features and how your data is processed

Your Advisor and voice coaching features may be powered by third-party AI, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech providers. To provide personalized coaching, relevant parts of your profile, workout session, goals, recent activity, and messages may be sent to those providers solely to generate coaching, transcription, spoken replies, summaries, and related in-app guidance.

  • We send the minimum context needed for the task, not your whole account.
  • We contract with these providers on terms intended to prevent them from using your content to train their general models, except where you separately agree or where the provider's service terms expressly allow processing for abuse monitoring, security, or legal compliance.
  • Providers retain request data only for the short period needed to run the service and to check for abuse.
  • If you speak to your Advisor by voice, your audio is sent to a speech provider to be transcribed, and text replies may be sent back to be spoken aloud.

Advisor memory

So that your Advisor remembers you between conversations, we store short facts drawn from what you tell it, along with a mathematical representation of that text used for retrieval. You can see everything stored this way, and delete individual items, in Settings under Manage memory.

AI-generated plans, cues and messages can be wrong. They are guidance, not medical or professional advice. Section 5 of the Membership Agreement covers what that means for you.

8. What other people can see

This is the part most people care about, so it is spelled out in full.

Other members

  • Your display name and profile photo.
  • Anything you deliberately post: activity posts, feed comments, reactions and channel messages.
  • Your entry on a leaderboard for a challenge you joined, including the metric that challenge ranks on.
  • Your attendance at a club event you signed up for.

Not visible to other members

  • Your body weight, measurements and progress photos.
  • Your nutrition logs.
  • Your check-in answers, injuries and health notes.
  • Your conversations with your Advisor.
  • Your direct messages, other than to the person you sent them to.

Your coach

If you join through a coach or a one-to-one coaching tier, that coach can see your training plan, your logged sessions and results, your goals and commitments, your check-in answers, and the notes you choose to share. They can see your progress photos only if you share them. They cannot read your direct messages with other members.

Community and brand operators

An operator of a community you subscribe to sees aggregate numbers, such as how many members are active and how many completed a challenge. They see individual member data only for members they personally coach.

Reported content may be reviewed by Haven support, community owners, or authorized administrators for safety, moderation, support, and enforcement purposes.

9. Service providers

We use the following categories of provider to run the service. Each is bound by contract to process your data only on our instructions.

  • Cloud hosting and application delivery.
  • Database, file storage and authentication.
  • AI model providers, for coaching, plan generation and text understanding.
  • Speech providers, for voice input and spoken replies.
  • Payment processing and payouts.
  • Transactional email delivery.
  • Push notification delivery through Apple and Google.
  • Video calling, where your coaching tier includes calls.
  • Nutrition databases, used to look up foods you search for.

A current, named list of these providers is available on request from hello@mixed.fitness.

10. Our legal bases

If you are in the UK, the EU or another region with similar law, we rely on these bases:

  • Performance of a contract, to give you the service you signed up for and to bill you for it.
  • Consent, for health and body data, for push notifications, and for optional features you switch on.
  • Legitimate interests, to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve the product, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation, for tax, accounting and responding to lawful requests.

11. How long we keep it

  • Account and training data: for as long as your account is open.
  • After you delete your account: erased or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer.
  • Payment and tax records: kept for the period required by law, typically seven years.
  • Content you posted publicly, such as a feed post or a channel message: may remain visible to the people you sent it to unless you delete it before closing your account.
  • Backups: purged on our normal backup rotation, within 90 days.

12. Your rights and controls

Wherever you live, you can do all of the following:

  • Access and correct your profile and logged data in the app.
  • Export a copy of your data.
  • Delete individual entries, including photos, meals, sessions and coach memories.
  • Delete your account, which removes your personal data as described above.
  • Turn notifications on or off per category in Settings.
  • Withdraw consent for optional features at any time.
  • Disconnect Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Apple Watch, or other connected devices where those integrations are available.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to certain processing, to restrict it, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to your data protection regulator. Write to hello@mixed.fitness and we will respond within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

If you live in California or another US state with a similar law, sections 3 and 4 of this policy set out the categories of personal information we have collected about you in the past twelve months, section 6 sets out why, and section 9 sets out the categories of service provider we share it with. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is no sale or sharing to opt out of.

13. Children

Haven is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact hello@mixed.fitness and we will delete it.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it as quickly as possible.

14. International transfers

Our providers operate in several countries, including the United States. Where we move personal data out of the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

15. Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, restrict access to the small number of people who need it, use row-level access rules so one member cannot read another's records, and log administrative access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data and the law requires it, we will tell you.

16. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The version number and effective date at the top of this page always reflect the current text.

17. Clinical Use Disclaimer

Haven is designed for fitness and wellness purposes only. Unless expressly implemented and operated by a licensed clinic or healthcare provider, Haven is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not a medical device.

If Haven is used in connection with a clinic, healthcare provider, coach, or third-party organization, that organization is responsible for obtaining any required consents and complying with applicable health, medical, privacy, and professional regulations.
